Bilingual Data Analyst
Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Bilingual Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data annotation, model validation, and reporting, and will provide support to a Data Scientist to design, develop, and improve AI/ML models for a long-term project. This position is open to entry level candidates with a relevant data background or candidates with a few years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Annotate conversational data from customer interactions according to predefined guidelines to ensure high-quality training data for machine learning models.
  • Validate model performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate reports on model performance, customer insights, and key metrics to support stakeholder communication and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Data Scientist and business stakeholders to understand project requirements.
  • Provide assistance in data preparation, data cleaning, data wrangling, and preprocessing tasks.
  • Document, prepare, and present data-driven presentations using data visualization tools.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Experience: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Candidates must have good communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python, including experience with Pandas, is required. A demonstrated proficiency in advanced analytics processes, reporting design principles, data cleaning, and data wrangling is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • An understanding or familiarity with basic machine learning, preferably in natural language processing (NLP).
  • Ability to work with modern cloud solutions or platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Understanding or familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Familiarity with the telecom domain and customer interaction transcript data.
