Job Summary
As Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for leading data analysis projects and driving insights that impact business decisions. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in statistical analysis and data modeling and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities
Leading data analysis projects from start to finish, including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation of structured and unstructured datasets.
Lead efforts in utilizing AI Agents/Skills in data analysis
Conducting advanced analysis using statistical tools and software, such as SQL or Python.
Designing and implementing data models and simulations to forecast trends and patterns.
Collaborating with teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.
Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Mentoring junior data analysts and assisting with their development.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
5-7 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.
Extensive experience in SQL programming, statistical analysis and data modeling, with proficiency in statistical software, such as Python.
Good experience with tools like Tableau, Power BI and SQL required
Working knowledge of LLMs and Agentic integration
Ability to lead, track, and communicate status of team initiatives
Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable
Demonstrate strong analytic skills and attention to detail
Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to above skills

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
