Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related analytical roles
  • Strong experience with Wellview
  • Advanced SQL skills including complex query development and performance optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI dashboard and report development
  • Experience with data modeling, reporting development, testing, and deployment
  • Experience supporting large-scale operational data environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Oil & gas industry experience strongly preferred
  • Upstream operations experience preferred
  • Experience supporting intervention or well operations data environments
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics tools and workflows
  • Experience with embedded visualization tools or advanced reporting platforms

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing solutions with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps, including Model-Driven Apps
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI
  • Proven experience integrating with SAP systems through connectors, APIs, middleware, or related tools
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse / Common Data Service, entity relationships, and data modeling
  • Working knowledge of financial systems and accounting processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense management
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks, documentation standards, version control, and CI/CD pipelines such as Azure DevOps
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, financial controls, internal audit requirements, and data governance standards
  • Ability to document technical workflows and communicate them clearly to business users and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across finance, IT, and audit teams
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or MB-310 are a plus
  • Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP API Management, SAP Cloud Integration Suite, or similar tools is a plus
