Salary range: An annual salary range of $145,000-$165,000 is what we expect to pay for this position, based on overall skills and experience.

What You'll Do:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Report Developer to join our Data and Analytics team at Customers Bank. As a BI Report Developer, you will be responsible for creating and managing a centralized and standardized Enterprise reporting environment to support a portfolio of cross-business line dashboards within PowerBI, working within a team and delivering to support the Analytics strategy of the bank.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide optimized visualizations and reports for data driven analytics.
  • Architect data sets to ensure ease-of-use for self-serve reporting that performs to governed standards and is aligned with certified logic and glossary definitions.
  • Build and optimize enterprise-grade Power BI models, datasets, and dashboards.
  • Develop advanced DAX and high-performance data models for large-scale analytics.
  • Oversee Power BI governance: RLS, deployment pipelines, workspace design, and reusable components.
  • Enable self-service BI through training, documentation, and stakeholder support.
  • Partner with data engineering to ensure clean, accurate, high-quality analytical data.
  • Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Lakehouse/EDW architecture to modernize BI delivery.
  • Work closely with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable BI solutions.
  • Communicate insights clearly and influence decision-making across teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, performance, and reliability.
  • Guide the development, implementation, and maintenance of change control and testing processes.

What Do You Need?
  • 6+ years' experience BI development.
  • Expert-level skills in Power BI (DAX, modeling, optimization, governance).
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred.
  • BI/Cloud certifications are a plus.
  • Existing technical knowledge of modern systems software, protocols, and standards, including SQL Server, Snowflake/Databricks/Fabric, Python Data Libraries (Pandas/Polars/DuckDB), and Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of relational and dimensional modeling, and modern data ecosystems.
  • MicroStrategy, Collaboration Space, and Hyper Intelligence experience (nice to have).
  • Working in an Agile environment and adhering to the focus on prioritized initiatives.
  • Proficient in SQL, Snowflake and/or Oracle coding.
  • Experience working with and understanding Banking / Financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication skills to understand requirements and collaborate on expected results.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop efficiently and scalable based on best practices and governed standards.
  • Strong work ethics with a sense of ownership and accountability.

Technology Skills:
  • Ability to work with the Microsoft Suite and learn/work with other Customers Bank's applications.
