Mode of Hire: Full Time

Coforge is hiring for Senior Power BI Developer role with below skillset

• Expert in developing DAX and Power queries, semantic model design, Power BI report, and dashboard development.

• Analytical skills is important. Person should have knowledge of Modeling and Datawarehousing, should have worked in large volume datasets.

• Hands-on technical Practical expertise in designing, modeling, star schema, Microsoft Fabric, be independently able to work on complex use cases.

• Design and develop interactive Power BI reports and dashboards aligned with business and analytical requirements.

• Build and maintain robust semantic models using dimensional modeling best practices, including star schemas.

• Develop complex DAX measures, calculated columns, and calculated tables, optimized for performance and scalability.

• Implement and manage advanced Power BI capabilities, including: Aggregations, Incremental refresh, Row Level Security (RLS) and Composite and hybrid models.

• Optimize report and dataset performance using appropriate storage modes (Import, DirectQuery, Hybrid).

• Knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects (WebI, Universes).

• Collaborate closely with Data Warehouse and Data Engineering teams to align reporting structures with underlying data models.

• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, data quality, and accuracy issues.

• Adhere to established BI standards, naming conventions, and governance frameworks.

• Participate in deployment and release processes across Development, Test, and Production environments.

• Provide support for production reporting issues, enhancements, and user inquiries.

• Work with business users to refine KPIs, metrics, and analytical insights.

• Create visually intuitive, innovative, and executive ready dashboards that effectively communicate insights.
