Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Sales Analyst to join our Sales team at our Lewiston, Maine facility.
This role is responsible for providing analytical and operational support to the Sales organization through sales reporting, pricing analysis, forecasting, customer data management, and performance tracking. The Commercial Sales Analyst will work closely with Sales leadership and partner across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to improve visibility, support customer decisions, and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys working directly with sales teams and using data to strengthen customer relationships and business performance.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, margins, forecasts, and customer trends
• Develop and maintain sales dashboards, KPI reporting, and commercial performance metrics
• Support pricing, quote analysis, contract reviews, and customer profitability evaluations
• Maintain accurate customer, product, opportunity, and sales data within ERP and CRM systems
• Assist the Sales team with forecasting, budgeting, pipeline reporting, and revenue analysis
• Prepare customer and market insights to support account planning and sales strategies
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to resolve issues and improve commercial processes
• Support customer presentations, leadership reviews, strategic initiatives, and special projects
