Job description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain software applications using Java, C/C++
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software
  • Create and manage user interfaces with HTML and JavaScript
  • Utilize Microsoft (MS) SQL Server and ORACLE databases for data management and retrieval
  • Implement messaging patterns to enhance application scalability
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Build and integrate complex software tools to enhance the product's reliability and scalability
  • Support the setting up of development and production environments, deployment of application devices
  • Develop best practices/methodologies for provisioning, platform scaling, configuration management, monitoring and troubleshooting
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
  • 3+ years of experience programming in C, C++ or C#
  • 3+ years of experience developing software solutions in the Java programming language
  • 3+ years of experience working with shell scripting in a Linux/Unix hosting environment
  • 1+ years of experience using PowerShell
  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience with Windows batch scripting (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience using JSON (preferred)
  • Experience in an agile work environment (preferred)
  • Experience with code management and continuous integration/delivery processes and tools like GitLab, Azure, and DevOps (preferred)
  • Experience with Angular framework (preferred)
  • Experience with cloud services and deployment (preferred)
  • Experience with CAD/CAM Engineering and migrating CAD data to other formats (preferred)
  • Experience with RESTful API development (preferred)
  • Experience communicating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders across all development roles and levels, with clear calls to action (preferred)
Core Competencies

Proficient in software development using Java, C/C++, and JavaScript, with extensive experience in Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration. Skilled in database management with MS SQL Server and ORACLE, as well as user interface design and implementation.
