Engagement Description
- This is a technical analysis role with the Digital Experience portfolio for the new Provider Search and Transparency initiative. We are in the process of implementing a new Provider Search and Transparency solution that will help our customers find in-state and out of state doctors, hospitals and facilities. See valuable information about these providers and enabling them to make informed decisions about their care.

-  The resources selected for this implementation will need to actively participate in discussion about this implementation. These discussion and JAD sessions will span across different groups and departments  (business and IT)

-  The end goal of this participation process is to gather data that will enable the analyst to proactively solve business and technical challenges as they are presented during the project implementation.

Qualifications

Top Three Technical Skills/Experience
1. Very Strong Database skills e.g. Oracle (5+ years)
2. Mid-Level Unix OS skills ? specific to file manipulations.  (4+ years)
3. Mid-Level Core Java/J2EE skills (5+ years)

Required Skills/Experience
- 5 to 7 years of Problem solving experience in technical environments
- Ability to quickly identify issue root cause and formulate a correction action plan (5 years minimum experience)
- High motivation level and strong desire and commitment to project success

Additional Information

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Limited 3270 Mainframe experience.
- NASCO system knowledge.
- Java/J2EE Web-services design, development and performance tuning.
- BFM/BFAST experience with benefit coding.
- 270/271 EDI usage with Provider Systems.
- Experience with membership/eligibility/Claims processing.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
- 5 years of relevant technical and work experience required.
- Excellent analytical, technical, and interpersonal and communication skills required.
- In-depth knowledge of business operations, systems requirements and IT processes required.
