Job description

SourcePro Search has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst in the New York office of one of our top global clients. 
This role will support the production of financial management & client reports, analysis of monthly financial performance, and assistance with the analysis of departmental metrics. 
The successful candidate will have a degree in finance and at least 2-years of experience in an Analyst role within a mid to large sized company.

Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop and maintain SharePoint sites to house key reports to be shared with management
  • Provide limited support in the assimilation of divisional organizational charts
  • Work with Controllers group to standardize contents and timing of recurring data needs
  • Support Ops Officer with ad hoc research and analysis, including regional analysis& support
  • Support the administration of division’s expense allocation program
  • Document & maintain related end-to-end processes and procedures
  • Produce divisional financial “dashboards” for management review
  • Prepare monthly financial “flash” reports for select CS functional departments
  • Produce other supplemental expense performance reports as requested
  • Provide reporting and analysis on key departmental costs such as Travel and Management costs
