Key Responsibilities
Performance Analytics & Reporting: Create and maintain interactive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs to track ServiceNow performance.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Extract, clean, and analyze data from ServiceNow and other systems (e.g., ITSM, CMDB).
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance) to identify trends, patterns, and insights to improve operational efficiency.
Data Governance: Ensure data quality and accuracy, identifying anomalies or inconsistencies in ServiceNow data.
