Step into a vital role supporting student success as a contract Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or ABA Therapist in a school setting near Newark, DE. This position is uniquely oriented toward leadership, with responsibilities coordinating closely with administrative functions and gathering further details for the Dean of Behavior position. You will collaborate with educators and administration to promote positive student outcomes and contribute to a constructive school environment.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Experience providing ABA therapy in educational settings strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to assess behavioral needs and develop effective, data-driven intervention plans
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with students, parents, and staff
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Understanding of functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
