Role Summary

The Sr. Data amp; Reporting Analyst serves as the analytical engine for warehouse operations and logistics cost management. This role is responsible for all points of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and report automation. Turning complex enterprise data into clear, actionable business insights, the analyst will develop and publish daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. Strong bilingual communication skills are critical, as the targeted audiences for these reports include senior leadership and global headquarters in Korea.

  • Business Intelligence Support: Help drive critical business decisions and identify performance improvement opportunities by providing in-depth quantitative analysis and data-driven recommendations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interact closely with broad operational teams to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent information sharing through daily/weekly briefings.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain environments (5–7 years preferred per Beeline requirements). Proven track record in cost analysis and report automation.

  • Technical Tools: High proficiency in Python, SQL, MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Tableau, SAP, and WMS. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint is a plus.

  • Certifications: Process certifications such as Six Sigma, CBPP, BPM, ISO, ITIL, or CMMI are a strong plus.
