About the team:
The Network Planning team within Last Mile Delivery designs the outbound eCommerce transportation network using advanced analytics to improve speed, cost efficiency, and service quality. As a rapidly growing network, the team develops initiatives and frameworks to support business expansion and future planning. Members handle complex data sets, assess current and potential opportunities, and collaborate with operations and cross-functional partners to implement network enhancements. This dynamic environment is ideal for professionals skilled in data analysis, visualization, and project management to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
  • Identify and evaluate appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
  • Perform initial data quality assessments and support ongoing data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
  • Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs and business contexts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality metrics, ensuring compliance with governance policies and service level agreements.
