Job description

Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Clinical Operations Data Analyst to support contract operations, dashboards, recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis, data integrity, and stakeholder support across programs and business functions. In this role, you will provide analytical, reporting, and operational support across multiple contracts and initiatives, with emphasis on Military OneSource, NAVAHCS, and other rural health care programs. This role gathers, validates, analyzes, and translates data into actionable insights that support program execution, performance management, and decision-making.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Contract Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Collect, validate, analyze, and report operational, clinical operations, provider network, utilization, and performance data across multiple contracts and initiatives
    • Compile and extract data from multiple systems and sources to support recurring, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reporting
    • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools used by program teams and leadership
    • Translate business needs into clear reporting solutions and present analytical findings in a concise, decision-ready format
  • Military OneSource Support
    • Provide analytical support for Military OneSource Task Order 6, including Non-Medical Counseling operations, provider network performance, utilization trends, and service delivery reporting
    • Monitor counseling volume by service branch, region, modality, provider, participant population, and referral source
    • Track provider demand, network capacity, onboarding progression, readiness status, and other indicators that affect access and performance
    • Support performance measurement against contractual service levels, appointment availability, timeliness standards, and related requirements
  • NAVAHCS and Rural & Federal Health Initiatives
    • Support Northern Arizona VA Health Care System and other rural health care initiatives through recurring reporting, operational analysis, and ad hoc analytics
    • Monitor program utilization, outreach performance, access trends, and other indicators relevant to rural care delivery
    • Assist in identifying service gaps, emerging risks, and opportunities to improve access, efficiency, and participant experience
    • Provide reporting support for special initiatives, pilots, and growth opportunities as assigned
  • Quality, Compliance, and Data Integrity
    • Support quality management activities through analysis of case review findings, documentation compliance, audit results, participant feedback, and provider performance trends
    • Validate incoming data for completeness and accuracy, perform routine quality assurance checks, and investigate discrepancies
    • Maintain documentation of reporting logic, business rules, and data definitions to support consistency and repeatability
    • Identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions or process improvements
  • Operational and Stakeholder Support
    • Prepare data and supporting materials for Monthly Status Reports, leadership briefings, customer deliverables, and government reporting requests
    • Partner with Program Management, Operations, Provider Network, Quality, Credentialing, Finance, IT, Business Intelligence, and other teams as needed
    • Support user acceptance testing, report enhancements, and training related to reporting tools or client-facing applications when needed
    • Provide reliable follow-through on multiple assignments and adapt priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis, operational reporting, healthcare analytics, government contracting, or a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms
  • Experience querying, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets; familiarity with SQL, Power Query, or comparable tools is preferred
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into meaningful operational insights and to manage multiple priorities independently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Federal healthcare, human services, behavioral health, or rural health programs
  • Experience supporting contract reporting, SLA monitoring, and performance management
  • Knowledge of provider network operations, quality assurance, credentialing, or case management workflows
  • Experience working with operational dashboards, recurring report production, and government or customer-facing deliverables
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across program, operational, technical, and financial teams
