The Financial Analyst is a data-driven professional responsible for analyzing and reporting on key performance indicators across finance, sales, marketing, and operations. This role transforms raw data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making. Reporting to executive leadership, the Analyst partners cross-functionally to identify trends, improve reporting processes, and enhance overall business performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to evaluate business performance
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and recurring performance reports
  • Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement
  • Build data models, visualizations, and reports using Excel, Power BI, and SQL
  • Audit and maintain data integrity across enterprise systems
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis initiatives
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to improvements in reporting tools, data structures, and business intelligence processes
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or data analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, modeling)
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, and data visualization tools
