Responsibilities:
• Manage key activities tied to the monthly close cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and financial information is recorded accurately.
• Prepare recurring financial reports that help leadership evaluate business performance and make informed decisions.
• Monitor revenue results, investigate reporting trends, and provide meaningful analysis on performance drivers.
• Conduct variance reviews by comparing actual results against expectations and clearly explain notable differences.
• Support organizational reporting needs by compiling, validating, and presenting financial data for internal stakeholders.
• Improve the accuracy of revenue recognition through detailed analysis, account reconciliations, and resolution of revenue-related discrepancies across multiple campuses and the broader college environment.
