About This Position

TKC Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data & Analytics Engineer to support and advance its enterprise reporting, analytics, and cloud data platform initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and supporting Snowflake-based data solutions and Power BI reporting assets while partnering closely with business stakeholders to understand operational and analytical requirements.

The successful candidate will possess a unique combination of business analysis, solution architecture, data engineering, and business intelligence development skills. This individual will work directly with business users to understand processes, gather requirements, analyze business problems, and translate those needs into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.

This position is expected to evolve into a key technical resource within the Data & Analytics organization, developing deep business and platform knowledge while serving as a succession and backup resource for critical data platform responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership & Analysis

  • Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand operational processes and reporting needs.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Analyze business rules, KPIs, data definitions, and operational workflows.
  • Support user testing, validation, and adoption of analytical solutions.

Data Engineering & Architecture

  • Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions.
  • Build and optimize ELT/ETL processes using modern data integration tools.
  • Develop scalable dimensional and semantic data models.
  • Support enterprise data architecture and modernization initiatives.
  • Optimize database performance and data processing workloads.

Business Intelligence Development

  • Develop and support Power BI semantic models, dashboards, reports, and dataflows.
  • Enable self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy, usability, performance, and maintainability.

Platform Ownership & Governance

  • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical standards development.
  • Implement data quality, governance, security, and documentation best practices.
  • Support long-term data platform growth and modernization strategies
What You'll Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related field , or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or data warehousing.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Snowflake development experience.
  • 3+ years of Power BI development experience.
  • Advanced SQL skills.
  • Experience designing dimensional data models and scalable reporting solutions.
  • Experience developing and supporting ETL/ELT solutions.
  • Proven ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and manage complex projects.
