Job Title: Brand Development Manager
Reports To: Craft Brand Director
FLSA Status: Exempt
Classification: Full-time
Job Summary: The Brand Development Manager will support all aspects of the Craft Brand portfolio with the goal of growing Craft brands within Southern Crown Partners.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
  • None

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Complete Craft resets, work at festivals, schedule market rides, ride-with and provide cross-training to Southern Crown employees.
  • Support weekly Market Rides/Team Sells to educate sales personnel and close distribution gaps.
  • Build retailer relationships within the market.
  • Attend all sales segment meetings to provide Craft Brand updates, opportunities, feedback and analysis based on market observations and sales data.
  • Perform sales calls daily to educate and grow the awareness of Craft brands on targeted on and off premise accounts and to sell distribution of existing brands and new products, features, and samplings.
  • Provides detailed, structured recaps to Craft Brand Director daily and weekly.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in beverage distribution or related field.
  • Demonstrated record of excellent customer service, sales building, and quality standards operations.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license in the state of residence and maintains a good driving record.

  • Walking, Bending, Lifting and Twisting 60%
