  • Someone that is hands-on technically with t-sql and other data exploration technologies (python , etc).
  • Understands ETL processes well
  • Has experience building data mappings and data dictionaries for engineering consumption
  • For soft skills: someone excited to investigate data issues, and generally detailed oriented
