DATA ANALYST
Own your opportunity to turn data into measurable outcomes for our customers' most complex challenges. As a Data Analyst at GDIT, you'll power innovation to drive mission impact and grow your expertise to power your career forward.
MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Data Analyst, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the Naval Surface Warfare Center. You will play a crucial role in processing and analyzing acoustic data from submarine sensors to support mission requirements.
You will support acoustic data reduction, processing, analysis and report generation for matters of national security.
You will collaborate with US Navy and government representatives along with teammates from private industry.
You will utilize your ability to make strong analytical recommendations and decisions regarding the data and future processing system enhancements.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Data Analyst must have:
Education: Bachelor of Science
Experience: 2+ years of related experience
Technical skills: Data Analytics, Statistics, knowledge of US Navy submarines and/or acoustics/sensors and familiarity of React (front end) and Kubernetes (back end) orchestration.
Security clearance level: SECRET
US citizenship required
Role requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Work will be at the government site.

The likely salary range for this position is $76,500 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
