Job description


Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Data Transformation team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.
Responsibilities
As Data Analyst of Data Transformation you will support our efforts to digitize the client experience and help our organization meet its growing data needs. You will be part of the delivery team to ensure that business needs are analyzed and documented and that functionality is built and delivered in a timely manner.
Integration and Delivery
  • Work with Citco platform owners and gain understanding of system data and architecture
  • Partner with business groups to identify tactical and strategic data needs
  • Use system data to mock up solutions for point to point integrations
  • Create and maintain documentation repository for data integration projects
  • Co-ordinate with technology groups for planning, implementation and deployment
  • Build data or analytics solutions for business teams using platforms available to our team

Product management
  • Through partnership with the business, define, sponsor and steer development initiatives
  • Create and refine backlog of user stories that align with business objectives
  • Influence and guide technology, project management and operations team in solution delivery
  • Contribute to product vision and align roadmap to strategic goal
  • Maintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors
  • Collaborate with the other product teams on prioritization and reuse of functionality
  • Work with Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize product enhancements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, engineering, finance, economics, or accounting
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, C++, VBA, Qlik, Tableau, and/or Power BI
  • Project management skills with attention to detail and proven ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills relaying business concepts to technology teams
  • Knowledge of Atlassian products is a plus
  • Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scum Product Owner a plus
  • Familiarity with AWS is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong visual communication skills (PowerPoint, Visio)
