I.  DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:

  • Design the vision and blueprint of an organization's data framework.
  • Design and manage data systems, set policies for how data is stored and accessed, coordinate various data sources within an organization, and integrate new data technologies into existing IT infrastructures.
  • Data modeling and design, including software development and database administration.

Professional experience in data ecosystems writing SQL queries, building ETL pipelines, and designing data architecture.

Prior experience working with public health agencies (e.g., CDC, NIH, or State Departments of Health) to modernize legacy data infrastructures.

Note: Expected Start Date 07/01/2026 and Expected End Date 06/30/2027. May not be extended beyond June 30, 2029.

Hours worked should be within the State's core hours of 7:00 AM CT to 6:00 PM CT. In addition, Contractor personnel may be required to work on State holidays, weekends and hours outside of the State's core business hours in order to meet critical deadlines.
