What does a day as a Data Analyst look like?

  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that improve productivity and profitability
  • Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Collaborate with our marketing, operations and accounting departments to improve operational performance internally and externally.
  • Validate and review data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, anomalies, and data quality issues within reporting and analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and effectiveness

What is the schedule? Our hours for this position are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Sometimes giving top-notch member service may require a little overtime, but we value work-life-balance and do our best to limit this. **This is not a remote position**


Does your skillset and experience line up? For this role, we are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 2โ€“5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Advanced SQL proficiency
  • Experience with reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
  • Ability to perform data validation, transformation, and analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Effective communication and ability to present insights clearly
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities and deadlines
