Designs, develops, and implements AI capabilities and data-driven solutions and leads large technical initiatives to address complex business challenges. Builds advanced AI models and data architectures to improve system accuracy, efficiency, and resilience, applying AI and analytics to generate actionable insights that support strategic decisions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead development, maintenance, and publication of enterprise governance artifacts including policies, standards, frameworks, procedures, and guidance documents.
  • Partner with Business Units, Corporate Functions, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Audit to implement governance requirements across the enterprise.
  • Drive governance initiatives from concept through implementation, including stakeholder engagement, requirement gathering, drafting, review, approval, and publication.
  • Manage governance-related findings, issues, regulatory commitments, and remediation activities.
  • Coordinate enterprise review cycles, challenge sessions, and governance forums.
  • Develop executive-ready presentations, briefing materials, and decision papers for senior leadership.
  • Monitor adherence to governance requirements and support reporting, metrics, and issue escalation processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions to gain alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
