Job description

Data Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Mission Control/Engineering team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to support business decision-making. Your duties will include producing reports and dashboards to communicate trends within data to stakeholders, collaborating with clients to identify their needs and requirements, and working with different data sources to extract insights and identify potential metrics and KPIs. If you are a data-driven individual with a passion for analyzing data and extracting insights, we encourage you to apply.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Define, calculate, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics.
  • Develop standardized reporting templates for key metrics and insights.
  • Develop dashboards and reports to visualize and track progress against established goals, while also ensuring data consistency and comparability.
  • Create clear and compelling data visualizations using KODE's internal BI tool, with similar functionalities to Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
  • Create data transformation pipelines using SQL engines.
  • Develop and implement processes to standardize data sets, KPIs, and metrics across different systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze and effectively communicate insights, trends and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Develop and implement statistical models to predict future outcomes and support decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of experience working as a Data Analyst or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Experience with Python for data analysis and automation (preferred)
  • Proven experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio
  • Understanding of data analysis methodologies and techniques
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve for problems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience or strong interest in real estate technologies and operations, with the ability to translate industry insights into impactful data visualizations for end users
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives through data, using intuitive visualizations to communicate insights effectively to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
