Job description

Job Summary:
Raytheon is a leading defense contractor focused on providing innovative solutions for national security. As a Sustainment Data Analyst, you will be responsible for optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of Land and Air Defense products and services throughout their life cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Manage highly agile teams (5-10 employees)
• Develop Long-Term Roadmaps for technology development
• Support of Open source and FOSS integration with D4 data pipeline
• Development capabilities in alignment with modern programming languages
• Support and manage projects ranging from Small to Large scale investment
• Balance project budget up to 750K+ in cost
Qualifications:
Required:
• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience or equivalent experience.
• Experience of Agile development
• Product lead Experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
• Active and existing security clearance required after day 1.
Preferred:
• Experience using program management tools such as Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar tools
• Ability to lead, along with peers, the development of long-range plans to capitalize on future opportunities
• Ability to overcome obstacles and negotiate change
• Demonstrated comprehensive planning skills with the ability to analyze technical and financial data and reports Exceptional judgment and decision-making
• A candidate who demonstrates initiative, quickly learns processes, and is capable of independently managing tasks and driving them to completion
