Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Data Analyst to design, develop, and manage data systems that support organizational decision-making. This role is responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights through reports and visualizations. The Data Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, reporting capabilities, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Transform raw data into actionable insights using SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Develop and apply statistical methods to solve complex business and clinical challenges.
  • Design and maintain data collection protocols within EMR and other systems.
  • Create scripts, tools, and applications to support data analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and relationships.
  • Collaborate with staff to develop dashboards and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate methodologies to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and best practices.
  • Develop technical documentation and reports as needed.
