Position: Business Analyst II
Location: Seattle, WA 98121
Duration: 8 Months
Job Type: Temporary Assignment
Work Type: Onsite
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00/hourly
Job Description:
  • Analyzes business data and systems to support sustainability and supplier decarbonization initiatives.
  • Designs and executes segmentation analyses to prioritize stakeholder engagement based on performance metrics and strategic impact.
  • Owns preparation of performance reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews, building and maintaining dashboards that provide real-time visibility into program KPIs.
  • Leads data validation efforts to ensure accuracy of reported metrics. Investigates opportunities to scale operations through AI and automation.
  • Requires bachelor's degree in related field and 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data analytics, with proven experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, and BI platforms (Salesforce, QuickSight) preferred. Experience with relevant sustainability concepts preferred.
Purpose of the Team and key projects:
  • Supplier decarbonization organization - manage supplier, track / reports
  • Help support reporting for monthly / quarterly business reviews
  • Work with business partners, reviewing criteria
  • Processes improvement - for different mechanic
  • building Salesforce dashboards for supplier carbon performance visibility
