What You'll Do

  • Analyze operational data, including vehicle telemetry, service logs, and dispatch information, to identify critical trends and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and recurring reports for stakeholders across fleet operations, safety, and engineering.
  • Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to fleet performance, mission success, operational readiness, and overall efficiency.
  • Ensure the accuracy, structure, and reliability of datasets used for all analytical purposes.
  • Collaborate closely with operations teams to understand their reporting needs and critical business questions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust data insights and reporting solutions, working hand-in-hand with engineering and product teams.
  • Empower self-service analytics by creating well-documented datasets, reports, and dashboards for broader organizational use.

Must-Have Qualifications
