The EPMO Intern / Project Analyst supports enterprise project management initiatives through the development of project reports, dashboards, and business insights. This role is for active duty service members who bring strong discipline, leadership, and mission-focused execution to a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Project Reporting
  • Develop and maintain standardized project status reports (schedule, risks, issues, financials)
  • Track and communicate project performance against key KPIs
  • Support risk, issue, and dependency management processes
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Dashboard Development
  • Assist in building and enhancing dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Translate project data into clear, actionable visual insights
  • Ensure data integrity through validation and reconciliation processes
  • Continuously improve dashboard usability and executive-level reporting
Business Development & Strategic Support
  • Support business case development, including ROI and benefits tracking
  • Assist with project intake, prioritization, and portfolio analysis
  • Contribute to executive presentations and strategic reporting
  • Conduct research and benchmarking to inform decision-making
  • Active-duty U.S. service member within 180 days of separation
