Location: Remote with up to 50% travel. Candidates must reside within one of the preferred locations. Those located within 25 miles of a DXC office are required to work onsite two (2) days per week
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role operates at the center of DXC's Data & AI growth strategy across the Americas. The practitioner brings deep expertise in Data & AI and serves as a key driver of deal origination, opportunity shaping, and pipeline acceleration by partnering closely with client account teams to identify, develop, and advance high-value Data & AI opportunities.
With GTM strategy, value propositions, and sales plans already established, this is a highly execution-focused role centered on activating adoption across sales teams, leading strategic client conversations, and converting opportunities into qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Deal Origination & Opportunity Shaping
  • Partner with client account teams to understand business priorities, transformation objectives, and client pain points.
  • Translate clients' need for compelling Data & AI solution opportunities that expand wallet share, generate a qualified pipeline, and create new client conversations.
  • Identify, shape, and accelerate strategic opportunities across enterprise and priority accounts.

Client Engagement & Executive Conversations
  • Lead and participate in executive-level client discussions, positioning DXC as a trusted Data & AI advisor.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key business and technology stakeholders to support long-term opportunity development and pipeline growth.

Sales Team Activation & Adoption
  • Embed within America's sales teams to activate Data & AI sales plays and increase seller confidence in positioning Data & AI solutions.
  • Support pipeline acceleration from qualification through proposal development and deal pursuit activities.

Solution Ownership & Orchestration
  • Lead and orchestrate the solutioning process in partnership with solution, delivery, and pricing teams.
  • Drive the overall solution narrative, client positioning, and internal alignment required to structure opportunities for commercial success.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5+ years of experience within Data & AI, including proposal development, pre-sales, solutioning, advisory, or business development.
  • Demonstrated success originating, shaping, and advancing complex Data & AI opportunities within enterprise or large-account environments.
  • Experience supporting clients across the Americas region; familiarity with key industry verticals preferred.
  • Strong ability to operate within a matrixed environment and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $126,100 - $189,100.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
