What Will You Do?

The Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for building and updating cases in our case management software, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up to date for our accountants and lawyers to work on the cases.

  • Verify data accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow established data entry procedures and protocols.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  • Work collaboratively with our accountants and lawyers to ensure smooth case management processes.

What Do You Need?

The Data Entry Specialist has a passion for data accuracy, organization, and management with strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM platforms

  • Equipment, such as computer, phone, etc. needed to perform assigned work tasks.
  • Internet - a minimum of 50 Mbps internet service with a recommended speed of 100 Mbps for optimal performance.
  • Positive attitude and customer service mindset with a strong work ethic.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the skill to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Capacity to work efficiently on assigned tasks independently or with little supervision.
  • The ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
  • Capacity to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Coachable mindset and student mentality.
  • Previous experience in data entry or related administrative support role, preferred.
  • Satisfactory background and reference checks.
