  • Responsible for generating profitable capacity through the effective deployment of carrier sales resources for specified region
  • Involved in the process of developing performance goals for carrier sales and monitors performance on a continual basis
  • Manages region to achieve objectives established in the Company’s Strategic Plan
  • Seeks out and targets new carriers, initiates action plan to approach and secure profitable capacity for the Company
  • Ability to inspire others to share company vision and support them to reach company/individual goals
  • Other duties as assigned
