Job description

Mobile Communications America, Inc. opens doors to rising Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors by giving them an opportunity to have hands-on experience to take their electrical engineering degree to the next level.
MCA is looking for several CO OPs for the Fall Semester 2026 to join our team in our Raleigh, North Carolina or Arlington, Texas locations. The candidate will work with our engineering team, responsible for all DAS design and modeling. This role supports RF engineers in developing models of venues and designing DAS networks. Tasks may include modeling venues, manipulating AutoCAD files, simulating iBwave predictions, onsite surveys, venue benchmarking, and testing verification.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Must have the ability to travel as needed. (Up to 25%)
