To thrive as a DAS RF Engineer, you need a solid background in radio frequency (RF) engineering, wireless communication systems, and a relevant degree in electrical or telecommunications engineering. Familiarity with DAS (Distributed Antenna Systems), RF design and optimization tools (such as iBwave or Atoll), and certifications like iBwave Level 1 or CWNA are highly valued.
