Job description

Ready to join Team Timberland? We are looking for a Cybersecurity Coordinator to join our Home Office Team in Bloomington, MN (moving to Hopkins, MN at the end of September). As the Cybersecurity Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s security posture while delivering hands-on technical and operational support.

Responsibilities:

Cybersecurity & Threat Management:

  • Security Administration: Manage and monitor core security applications (Datto, Bullphish ID, INKY, SaaS Alerts, Dark Web ID) to ensure organizational protection.
  • Incident Response & Rollback: Configure EDR policies to automate host isolation and system rollbacks in response to ransomware threats.
  • Threat Simulation: Conduct EDR attack simulations and manage offline scanning for disconnected devices.
  • Phishing & Training: Administer Bullphish ID to run simulated phishing campaigns and provide targeted security awareness training.
  • Email & Domain Security: Enforce domain protections, compliance, and DMARC monitoring using INKY.
  • Credential Monitoring: Utilize Dark Web ID to track and mitigate compromised credentials, with a focus on high-value targets.
  • AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to streamline ticket triage, documentation, and operational workflows.

Team Leadership & IT Operations:

  • Help Desk & Support: Triage incoming issues, analyze support trends, and provide remote/in-person troubleshooting and end-user coaching.
  • System Provisioning: Manage hardware prep, OS installation, and software deployment for local and remote users.
  • User Lifecycle Management: Handle account provisioning and deprovisioning in Active Directory and associated systems.
  • Team Leadership: Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering skill development and maintaining morale.
  • Operational Continuity: Provide backup support and ensure strict data confidentiality across all network operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of direct IT and help desk experience supporting remote users across multiple locations.
  • Security Expertise with hands-on experience or strong working knowledge of EDR tools, anti-ransomware systems, phishing simulation platforms, and email security gateways (e.g., Datto EDR, Bullphish ID, INKY, Dark Web ID).
  • Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft Office/365, Google Workspace, and hardware configuration. Experience with YARDI and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt and leverage AI tools to create workflow efficiencies and optimize task completion.
    Strong leadership, multitasking, and troubleshooting abilities with the capacity to operate independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $67,000 - $82,000 a year
