Beyond technical instruction, we are looking for a mentor-someone who leads by example and is grounded in their faith. You will have the unique opportunity to serve as a Christian role model, helping students build confidence and encouraging them as they establish their personal foundation in Christ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Instruction & Curriculum: Teach the fundamentals of dance across multiple styles, including Hip Hop, Modern, Jazz, and Lyrical, tailored specifically for middle school skill levels (6th-8th grade).
  • Creative Expression: Design engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and choreography that foster creativity, movement appreciation, and teamwork.

  • Passion for Youth: Demonstrated ability to connect with, engage, and inspire middle school students (ages 11-14).
  • Faith Alignment: A strong, active personal faith in Jesus Christ, with a desire to shepherd young hearts and help students grow in their spiritual walk.
