Company Description
Pick-A-Part is a used auto parts company that was started so people could find the parts they need - interior and exterior - to get it keep their vehicle on the road, at the lowest possible price. It's a do-it-yourself yard with a wide range of years, makes, and models of vehicle. We aim to be as helpful and friendly as can be, because we know our customers wouldn't be here if they weren't looking for something, and we want to make that experience as pleasant and easy as possible! You may have seen our commercials on TV with the big guy dancing in overalls!
Job Description
This job entails answering phones in a timely and polite manner, and answering customers' questions in a friendly, polite and knowledgeable manner. You may also be asked to move around at times to different stations, such as assisting customers at the scales where they bring in vehicles and scrap metal for payment, or checking customers in and out. Starting pay will be $10-10.50 an hour.
Qualifications
We value individuals who are outgoing, easy to work and get along with, have a team-first mindset, and are willing to do whatever they can to contribute to Pick-A-Part's success. A high school diploma or GED is a plus, but not necessarily a requirement.
