Salary:  Based on CEA Master Agreement
 






Job Summary:  Assist in the overall operation, provide leadership, and supervision with Chaska Hawks Dance Team.
 

Qualifications/Experience/Duties:

  • Knowledge in Jazz technique and choreography skills
  • Respectfully lead a group and be an excellent role model and leader for the athletes
  • Time management skills; need to plan practice agendas in order to balance practice time between strengthening, flexibility, technique training and drilling dances
  • Good communication skills
  • Respect/recognition of youth needs
  • Coaching license/certification recommended/not required
