Job description

Primary Care Physician
Compensation: Base salary up to $245,000 plus incentive bonus

About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a Primary Care Physician who wants to deliver high-quality, value-based care to Medicare patients in a supportive neighborhood clinic setting. This role is part of an innovative network focused on outcomes rather than volume. Physicians are backed by large care teams, so they can spend more time with each patient, reduce hospital admissions, and provide meaningful preventive care.

Position Details

  • Base salary: $215,000โ€“$245,000 (range varies by experience and location)

  • Incentive bonus structure tied to quality care metrics

  • Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 a.m.โ€“5:00 p.m.

  • Patient volume: 13โ€“16 patients per day

  • Visit length: 20 minutes for routine visits, 40 minutes for full diagnostic and new patient visits

  • Onsite support team: Scribe, Medical Assistant, Social Worker

  • In-house services: Onsite labs with phlebotomist, access to RubiconMD for specialist consults

  • EMR: Canopy and Greenway

  • Care model: Value-based health approach

  • Additional community support: Patient transportation within a 5-mile radius; community room activities such as exercise, wellness events, yoga, dance, and spa days

  • Typical clinic staffing: 3โ€“5 providers (mix of NPs and Primary Care Physicians)

Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree

  • Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

  • Active, unrestricted state medical license in good standing

  • Fellowship training in Geriatrics preferred but not required

  • Not accepting residents at this time
