We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dance and education, with the ability to inspire and educate students of all ages. This role involves creating engaging weekly class lessons, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting a love for dance through various styles and techniques.

Duties:

*Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that cater to the needs of students at different skill levels.

*Educate students on various dance styles, techniques, and choreography while ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning atmosphere.

*Manage classroom dynamics effectively, promoting respect, cooperation, and enthusiasm among students.

*Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence in dance

*Utilize classroom management strategies to maintain discipline and focus during lessons.

Skills:

*Strong knowledge of ballet and/or tumbling/acro

*Excellent lesson planning abilities that cater to diverse learning styles
