Oak City Gymnastics is looking for energetic., patient, and reliable Gymnastics Coaches and Assistant Coaches to join our team. If you have experience with children, coaching, gymnastics, cheer, dance, or tumbling — or just a passion for helping kids grow —. we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a Gymnastics Coach with us, you’ll play a key role in helping kids build confidence, coordination, and life skills through movement. Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching or assisting in recreational gymnastics classes for children ages 2+

  • Teaching basic gymnastics skills, drills, and progressions with energy and encouragement

  • Creating a safe, structured, and positive class environment where kids can thrive

  • Setting up, cleaning, and sanitizing equipment before and after classes

  • Spotting athletes appropriately and following all safety and child-protection protocols

  • Communicating clearly with parents, athletes, and fellow coaches

  • Collaborating with our team to deliver a consistent, high-quality class experience

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:
