Home Restoration Assessor to support the growing demand for residential roofing and storm restoration services. In this consultative, client-facing role, you will partner directly with homeowners to assess property conditions, provide expert recommendations, and guide them through the restoration and insurance process.

Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through self-generated leads
- Conduct detailed roof inspections and professional property assessments
- Deliver consultative sales presentations and recommend tailored roofing solutions
- Educate homeowners on project scope, timelines, and insurance claim processes
- Negotiate and close high-value service agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners and insurance adjusters
- Manage a consistent sales pipeline and exceed performance goals
Qualifications- Experience serving customers
- Experience in high-performance environments, particularly commission-based sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs (training provided)
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical aspects of the role
Compensation & Growth- Paid training + uncapped incentive-based earnings after training
- Typical first-year earnings: $63K-$120K
