Our client is seeking Land Development Engineers and Project Managers to join their growing civil engineering team in Chantilly, VA. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to work on diverse and high-profile land development projects within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

The team includes Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors working together to deliver innovative design solutions across both public and private sector projects.

Position Overview

The selected candidates will support exciting projects across mixed-use developments, transit-oriented developments, government facilities, residential communities, commercial sites, utilities, infrastructure, mission critical facilities, data centers, and more.

The role involves civil engineering land development design, project coordination, storm-water management, infrastructure planning, and collaboration with cross-functional design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and support civil engineering land development designs
• Perform site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design
• Support storm-water management and infrastructure design efforts
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, agencies, and consultants
• Assist with project planning, permitting, and technical documentation
• Support multiple projects while maintaining schedules and quality standards
• Collaborate on both public sector and private sector developments
• Participate in project meetings and client coordination activities

QualificationsLand Development Engineer

• 6 to 10 years of civil engineering experience
• Experience in land development design
• Strong knowledge of site development and infrastructure projects
• Civil Engineering degree required

Project Manager

• 8 to 15 years of civil engineering experience
• Experience managing land development projects and client relationships

Preferred Qualifications
