Chiller Technician - Eastern USA Region
Dalkia U.S. Chiller Services
Dalkia U.S. Chiller Services is seeking an experienced Chiller Technician to join our Eastern USA Region team. We are the premier independent service provider for centrifugal and large-tonnage chillers, offering unmatched technical expertise, direct access to OEM parts and engineering resources, and a commitment to delivering energy-efficient, high-performance solutions for our customers.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with a strong reputation in the HVAC industry, supporting some of the largest and most critical chilled water plants in the region.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and corrective service, maintenance, repair, and commissioning on centrifugal and large-tonnage water-cooled and air-cooled chillers (all OEMs).
  • Diagnose mechanical and control issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Complete service documentation accurately and on time.
  • Participate in the on-call/standby roster as required.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and on-the-job training to junior technicians and apprentices.
  • Foster strong professional relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Comply with all company, safety, and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Actively participate in technical training programs and service meetings.
  • Support business growth by identifying service opportunities and presenting solutions to customers.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Trade qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
  • Current EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (or equivalent).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Solid experience with centrifugal chillers and other commercial HVAC systems.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent time management and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Positive, proactive approach to safety and technical excellence.
