Job description

Overview

Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) between Client Engineering (Global MNC in the Dairy sector) and LTTS (Engineering Design Firm) for defining project engineering requirements, resource planning, and design planning for upcoming Capex dairy plant expansion projects in Europe and other geographies.

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Dairy Technology / Dairy Engineering provides technical leadership and domain expertise for dairy processing facilities and projects. The role supports conceptualization, process design, technology selection, and engineering reviews for buildings and MEP services in dairy manufacturing plants. The SME collaborates with multidisciplinary engineering teams, clients, equipment suppliers, and project stakeholders to deliver efficient engineering design for dairy processing plants.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and domain expertise in dairy technology and dairy engineering for project conception, design, and execution.
  • Support conceptualization, process design, technology selection, and engineering reviews of buildings and MEP services for dairy manufacturing facilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, equipment suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient engineering design.
  • Serve as the liaison between Client Engineering and LTTS to define project engineering requirements and resource planning for capital projects.

  • Proven experience in design, commissioning, or operation of dairy processing facilities
  • Successful delivery of dairy engineering projects
  • Experience with multinational dairy companies, engineering consultants, EPC organizations, or dairy equipment manufacturers is preferred
