The Dairy Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Dairy Department, ensuring product availability, freshness, merchandising excellence, and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Department Operations
  • Oversee daily Dairy Department operations to ensure shelves, coolers, and displays remain fully stocked and properly merchandised.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering, receiving, stocking, and product replenishment activities.
  • Ensure proper product rotation utilizing first-in, first-out (FIFO) procedures.
  • Maintain department cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
  • Monitor out-of-stock conditions and take corrective action to maximize product availability.
  • Ensure promotional and seasonal merchandising programs are executed according to company standards.
Customer Service
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience.
