• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health status of clients, identifying their needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, maintaining regular ongoing sessions with clients to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients, including those facing substance abuse issues, anxiety disorders, depression, and eating disorders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans within the EHR system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to coordinate care and support clients holistically.

Our mental health counselors work with a varied patient population, including adolescents, adults, and families dealing with an array of mental health issues. Clients often come to us seeking help with depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance abuse, making it essential for our counselors to employ culturally responsive and inclusive therapeutic approaches. This role necessitates a strong commitment to understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client to foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health counseling.
• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Strong crisis intervention skills and the ability to navigate challenging situations with a calm demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds.

• Experience using EHR systems to document patient progress and treatment plans effectively.
• Proficiency in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly with populations facing complex societal challenges.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively as part of a diverse healthcare team.

This rewarding position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
