Job description

Social & Digital Content Manager, Radio Brands
Help our radio brands show up better online.
We're looking for a creative, organized, fast-moving Social & Digital Content Manager to create and manage social and digital content for our group of radio stations.
This role turns what happens on-air, backstage, at concerts, at remotes, and in the community into content people want to watch, share, and talk about.
What you'll do
  • Manage daily social content for multiple radio brands.
  • Create, schedule, and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, station websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
  • Capture and edit short-form video from studios, concerts, contests, remotes, giveaways, and community events.
  • Work with Program Directors, on-air talent, promotions, sales, and digital teams to support station brands and campaigns.
  • Help on-air talent create better social content, including behind-the-scenes moments, listener interaction, and personality-driven posts.
  • Write captions, contest copy, headlines, and digital content that fit each station's voice.
  • Track performance and use analytics to grow reach, engagement, and audience connection.
Who we're looking for
  • Someone who understands radio, music, pop culture, social trends, short-form video, and local audiences.
  • Someone who can move quickly, write clearly, manage multiple brands, and make content that feels natural to each platform.
  • Someone who knows the difference between simply posting content and building a brand people want to follow.
Helpful experience
  • Social media management
  • Short-form video creation and editing
  • Strong writing and captioning
  • Content calendar management
  • Basic design sense
  • Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube, or Adobe tools
  • Radio, media, entertainment, music, or event experience preferred
To apply
Send your resume, examples of social media work, video samples, and a brief note on how you would help radio brands grow.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
  • Ability to operate computers, smartphones, cameras, and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to travel locally and attend station events, concerts, remotes, and community appearances as needed.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment or promotional materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Must have valid Florida Driver's License.

Benefits:
Full-time new hires: Eligible to participate in all Company benefit plans, including:
  • Health, Dental, Vision, and HSA (effective 1st of the month after 30 days; subject to plan terms)
