Job Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide dedicated administrative and coordination support for Human Resources operations across the Titan Specialty Distribution Centers. The HR Coordinator serves as a key partner in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting attendance management, ensuring compliance with HR processes, and performing critical data entry and reporting functions. This position requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting the overall HR needs of the Titan Specialty DC network.
Pay Range
$23.50 - $25
Role Structure

  • Reporting: The HR Coordinator reports directly to the Distribution HR Manager.
  • Collaboration: This role works closely with supervisors, managers, payroll, staffing partners, and employees to support daily HR operations and workforce administration.
Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and provide daily updates to the Direct Labor Tracker and other workforce planning reports.
  • Track employee attendance, monitor attendance trends, and conduct daily attendance-related follow-ups.
  • Support daily staffing activities and participate in weekly staffing alignment meetings.
  • Perform HR compliance and recordkeeping activities, including I-9 audits, personnel file maintenance, and separation documentation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records through timely and accurate HRIS data entry.
  • Generate routine and ad hoc HR reports using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, new hire paperwork, orientation preparation, and employee documentation.
  • Provide support for benefits enrollment and benefits-related administrative processes.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and communication efforts.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, to prepare reports, track data, and support HR initiatives.
  • Manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Key Competencies
  • Strong attendance and reliability with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms required; experience with Workday HRIS is strongly preferred.
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources, administration, payroll, recruiting, or a related field.
